Dining room: is also on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, with a large table and 6 chairs (possibility of 10). There is also a library of books and Internet connection. Kitchen: is very large and bright, and is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. There is a washing machine and a dryer downstairs in the shower room.
Bedrooms: on the second floor there are 2 good-sized twin bedrooms (or double) with beds of 90x200cms. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace, a cupboard with a washbasin, and double French doors leading out onto a small balcony. The other has an antique wardrobe, a fireplace, a large en-suite bathroom and a small sea view. In the living room the sofa bed is suitable for a further 2 people.
Bathrooms: there is a large, contemporary shower room on the ground floor, which has a shower cubicle with spa jets! There is also a separate WC adjacent. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.
Outside: there is a secure, south-facing courtyard with a lovely olive tree, an orange tree and a vine. For alfresco dining there is a table and 4 chairs, and a barbeque. There is a staircase leading up the side of the house to the dining room and kitchen. There are 2 sun loungers to enjoy the summer sun. For car parking there are spaces in the street or you can use a free car park near by. Swimming pool: there is no pool at this property but the sea is close by.
