High tide and beach walks
We just returned from a week at Mi Casa. The waves were higher at high tide than we've seen them and it made for dramatic days, watching the kite surfers doing their thing. Barry and Pat have made some wonderful upgrades to the middle unit we stayed in and it was a week I would have gladly extended, if our schedules allowed. We have been coming to Mi Casa for about 5 years and love the improvement, new paint, carpets and tile, new kitchen and baths updates, etc. Living nearby makes it easy for Barry and Pat to assist with anything you need during your stay and they are good folks. We definitely plan to return - if not this year, then next spring. You couldn't ask for a better location to just unwind and relax or use as a home base to head out to old St. Augustine or Daytona for the day. I have to say, the weather was not that cooperative the first days of the week, but we can't blame Barry or Pat for Mother Nature! And the full moon coming up pink over the water on Thursday night was more than amazing ):
