This beautiful villa offers truly stunning and versatile accommodation with the added benefit of being furnished throughout to the highest standards. The lounge / diner is spacious to include marble flooring, leather suites, ADSL, SAT T/V air conditioning. Off the lounge there is a large terrace (30m2) complete with table and chairs. Above the lounge is the main terrace 100m2, complete with dining table, sun loungers and Bar B Que. The kitchen comes complete with all the modern appliances and is finished of with beautiful granite work tops. The master bedroom is very large and has the benefit of SAT /TV and en suite bathroom, the further 3 bedrooms are all made up as 2 twins and a double. The next floor down is a totally equipped 2 bedroom apartment complete. It also benefits from its own bathroom, air conditioning, SAT/TV and lounge. Outside the villa there is a large garden which comes complete with heated pool, water slide, sun loungers and even a trampoline for the children.

Situated only a 10 minute drive from the beach at Fuengirola, yet built in the piece and quiet on the edge of the Mijas mountains. Within a 2 minute drive from this truly outstanding property you will find local bars and restaurants such as the Restaurant El Brujo for bookings please call 0034952479746, as well as a supermarket, bakery and chemist. Whether you are young or old, here for a quiet time or the abundant night life you can not fail to be impressed. This location really does have it all whether you are here on honeymoon, clubbing or enjoying some time away with your family. Fuengirola marina with its many attractions is only a 10 minute drive away as is the Fuengirola water park. For those that wish to go clubbing, or even want a quiet drink Fuengirola has numerous bars, pubs and clubs for all ages and tastes where where you can party until dawn. All of this and its only 20 minutes from Malaga airport! This property has some thing to offer everybody!

We thoroughly enjoyed our our holiday at the villa. The villa was large spacious and very comfortable. The only down side is that whilst it is in a quiet residential location a car is probably a good idea as within walking distance there is very little only really a bakery, pharmacy and small supermarket with limited stock, there are a couple of resturants which are lovely but if visiting in the height of summer the walk in the heat would be quite unbearable!! The facilities at the villa are fantastic especially for families the pool is heated , cleaned and maintained twice a week. Worth mentioning whilst the villa has beautiful marble floors this can make it very noisy when people are walking around, opening and closing doors etc the noise carries! It could also do with a bin or instructions where to put out the rubbish as we could not find any and ended up putting it in the garage for the cleaners to remove at the end of our stay which was not ideal. All in all a lovely villa in a beautiful scenic area.
