The apartment has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. Full width patio doors lead out onto the sun terrace. The lounge has comfortable sofas, that convert into beds if required, dining table and chairs. There is a television with DVD player and a Sky satellite feed, but renters will need to bring their own digibox and card if they wish to view Sky channels. The kitchen is fitted with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toast/pizza grill and kettle. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed, overhead storage cupboards and ceiling fan. The bathroom is clean and modern with shower, hand basin and toilet.
