With views of the garden from the bow window in the Master and the front of the premises from the South Facing Living room this property is a great choice. While the en-suite travertino tiled bathroom with shower located off the master bedroom is perfect for two, there is a brand new guest shower room with WC and wash hand basin catering for the additional guests. The flat is centrally heated. We are in Central London Zone 2. Greenwich/Cutty Sark for the DLR and Greenwich North Jubilee Line For the Tube. 1. Other option to move around is with the normal boaths or on the overcrafts. 2. Greenwich is famous for the Time line, Royal Observatory ,the Tudor Capital of London and also the Naval Center for most of London's history. 3. Nearest Rail Station is Maze Hill. Maze Hill is 2 minutes from our door. Once on the train it is 15 minutes to Charing Cross, the Centre. 4. The second closest rail link is the overland rail service (Called the Docklands Light Rail DLR) about a 15 minute walk across the park (It has a pretty cool view and you walk past the Royal Observatory and the Naval College). The DLR pass through CANARY WHARF the new spectacular financial capital or you can change at a number of stops along the way onto the tube which whisks you in to Parliament Square in about 10 minutes.

  • Prices are subject to Change at owners discretion. However, prices at time of securing booking will stand. To hold a reservation we ask for a damage deposit of £400 to be sent ( (This will vary to the downside depending on age of children and size of group). The deposit is refunded withing 14 days of the stay. Cancellations are not allowed, however, every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded.

    For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking.

Very good equiped, clean and stylish furnitured basement-apartement in a quiet street 50 m away from Greenwich park. The station (15 min. to Cannon street) is only 5 min. walk away. 5 min. walk more, there is a supermarket, some shops and restaurants. From the room on the back side of the house, there is a view (but no access) into a well-groomed garden. In the kitchen you find all tools and machines you need for cooking. The washing-machine and the PC (free internet-access) worked without problems.
All finacial transactions (inc. repayment of the deposit) have been very correct. The keys we got from a pick-up-service at Heathrow-airport (because we arrived out of office-times of the administrator) - organized by the administrator. The transfer to the house costed 56 BP.

We enjoyed the stay very much and we´ll come back, when we are in London next time.

We always feel that the most important point is that the flat, towels and linens are super clean and neat for you when you arrive and that you have all of the equipment you would have at home in order to make your holiday pleasant.

We were also overjoyed to know that the service we have set up with the airport transfer company meeting you at the airport with the keys worked out fine. It certainly is one headache not to have to worry about especially after a tiring flight.

The flat is situated in the basement of a lovely house in a quiet street next to Greenwich Park. We spent a wonderful week with our two children (11 and 9 years old) in Greenwich. It´s a lovely place to start sightseeing so we went by boat, DLR and tube to London city, to Canary Wharf and to Greenwich itself. There are several supermarkets and the wonderful Greenwich market to buy food. The flat has got a well equipped kitchen. We also went to some pubs and restaurants in Greenwich and London and we especially enjoyed the service and the friendly people.
Thanks al lot to the landlord and his family, who are very nice and helpful.
We booked a taxi transfer (landlords' advice) from London City Airport to the flat (20 GBP) and had a nice driver and a comfortable journey.
We will come back to this flat for our next stay in London...and this will be very soon!!!
Owner's Response: We are always very happy to have guests from Austria, Germany and Switzerland. We find that they appreciate the same level of cleanliness and attention to detail that we like to provide and expect when we are guests. Also, we find that the most important thing for a holiday is for the guest to have a "hassle free" time and find that the airport transfer service, where the driver meets the guest at the airport with the key especially if a late arrival, with children takes out the biggest problem from the holiday and allows the guest to relax and enjoy their stay more. We look forward to having you back at our home.
