Villa BRUADAIR is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! A luxury self-catering apartment with all the trimmings a three bed both with their own entrances and pool. The vacation villa has turned into a very successful wedding venue, it can cater for up to 40 guests of which up to 16 guests can stay and enjoy the wonderful peace and tranquility, whilst being only a short distance from the beach and bars.

  • Booking Conditions: Before booking, please read our terms and conditions below. By making a booking through the owners you are accepting on behalf of you and your party these terms and conditions.

    On making a booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date.

    When booking within ten weeks you are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will email/fax you the bank details when needed.

    If you have special needs, cots (linen not provided) high chairs, please let us know when making your initial enquiry.

    Your holiday accommodation can generally be accessed from 16:00 hours onwards. Please vacate the property at 12:00 hours on your day of departure.

    If you cancel your holiday accommodation, we will require written confirmation as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which we receive written confirmation.
  • Bed linen is changed alternate days and towelling daily, if necessary, except Sundays. Please do not use towels provided at the villa for the beach or pool area. Beach towels are provided.

    In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to your holiday accommodation, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

I thought I would drop you a line to let you know what a fabulous time we had at the villa, many thanks indeed for being so flexible regarding the rooms at the property. The house is stunning and is completed to such a high standard throughout. The maids were great fun and kept the place clean and tidy for all 9 days we stayed. We would certainly recommend the villa to any of our friends.

I just had to write to you say a huge THANK YOU the villa is totally fantastic. You have clearly put a huge amount of effort and time into designing and furnishing Bruadair and it really shows.

From the moment we arrived and were met by Lisa to the moment we left a tearful Janetta we had the time of our lives. The villa has everything for everybody, communal areas or quiet chill out areas which came in very handy on the odd occasions we’d had a late night out in Hole Town at the Mews and the fabulous Lexy Piano Bar!

We used both kitchens to their full potential with the upper one being our day time snack kitchen and the downstairs one being our formal dining kitchen when we chose to dine in which we did on two occasions due to everywhere being booked up. The lower terrace is a great dining area and looks very classy when we all dressed for dinner and sat down to eat. The bar on the lower terrace also came in very handy and I’m now a dab hand at Pina Coladas!!!! Janetta and her pal did everything and as soon as you put something down it was washed, dried and put away and that includes our laundry! What fabulous service. Please thank Janetta again for us when you see her next which I believe is soon (Now who’s very jealous)

The only thing we think you need at the villa are a few more sun beds as we found we did not have enough apart from that all was perfect so much so we are already trying to plan our next visit and are hoping to fill all of the rooms hopefully sometime in November, once I’ve got a clearer picture I’ll drop you a line!

Once again Mark many thanks we had a great time and can’t wait to get back to Bruadair later in the year dependant on availability of course!!!!

Lucky to have found it

I just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had in Barbados and that Bruadair Villa is amazing! What a perfect place to get married - we were so lucky to have found it!

Our day was very special and we could not have done it without the brilliant staff! - they even arranged 2 Doves for us to release as a surprise! They were on hand for the whole of our stay and helped arrange some fantastic trips for us - especially the Private Sunset Cruise on Silver Moon!

All of our party had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Barbados is such a great Island and I can honestly say it was the best week of my life!

We will definitely be returning and hope to stay at the Bruadair again - it was like living in a Palace and I would recommend it to anyone!

I would like to thank you for renting us your beautiful villa it was more than we had expected. It was a wonderful way to enjoy a family holiday, we all had our individual spaces but also amazing areas to enjoy as a group.

Your games and movies were enjoyed during our rainy days and lazy evenings. The monkeys also decided to entertain us which was really amazing and we have some really good pictures of them. The staff was very accommodating and fun to be around, we really enjoyed them especially the chef that Lisa had arranged for us.

You have a wonderful place that you should be very proud
of. I think the days of all inclusive holidays are gone for us!
