There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit. The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain! Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars. The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge area that is beautifully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, 42" LCD TV with English TV, surround sound and a DVD player. The dining area has a stylish glass-topped table and seating for six. The living area is bright and airy with 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the terrace, gardens and huge private pool. The kitchen is stylish and well-equipped with granite surfaces, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer etc. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. An attractive staircase takes you up to the top floor with two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to private balconies, both with sea views. The gardens and outside space surrounding this villa are exceptional. The villa has a private gated entrance with a gated car port. Lawned areas and tropical planting surround the villa.

Leading out from the lounge is a large marble terrace with seating for six and sun loungers. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. The private pool is a large 9 metre x 5 metre beautifully designed pool with wide shallow steps leading into it. It is surrounded by a lawned area and tropical planting.
