The rail station and Gray d'Albion airport bus stop are within 500 metres The Palais des Festivals conference centre is a 6 minute walk along the Croisette. Golf is a short drive away; snow skiing is within a 1.5 hour drive of Cannes. Day trips along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez etc. are easily arranged using local buses, trains or ferries.

The 60m2 apartment is north/south traversant and offers two main rooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens. An interconnecting door links the two hallways and can split the apartment into two independent self-contained units if required. Each of the two main rooms can sleep 2 adults comfortably.

The 30m2 north facing room has sliding doors and city views. The 30m2 south facing room has sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views. Both rooms have electric shutters. The sunny south facing terrace is furnished with a table and dining chairs and an electric sun canopy. It is a lovely spot for alfresco dining or just a glass of wine.

The apartment offers a comfortable, quiet environment in the middle of vibrant Cannes and an excellent base for conferences. It is ideal for both tourist and business travellers who want: 2 studio rooms, each sleeping 2 people which can interconnect or be totally separate

We had a great time in Cannes, we read a few books we found on the shelves and we used the vacation booklet, great ideas. The studios were nice and well equipped. We look forward for next year.
