A fantastic feature of this stylish apartment is the large terrace that boasts spectacular sea and mountain views - it has to be seen to be believed! The Victoria Building is finished to an exceptional standard with a stunning rooftop pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, lifts and marble spiral staircases. It is situated in the charming old village of Mojacar and is in walking distance to numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit. The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain! Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars. The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories.

The apartment has a light and spacious living room with wonderful sea and mountain views. It is well-furnished with two sofas, a TV with a selection of English-speaking channels, a DVD player and a music system - plenty to keep you entertained if the hot Spanish sun gets too much! There is also a dining area with a pine table and chairs set. Sliding doors lead you from the lounge onto a beautiful large terrace, complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. This is an amazing spot to bask in the sunshine, enjoy an al fresco meal and take in the breath-taking views as you relax and unwind. The large double bedroom has modern chunky pine furnishings and yet more lovely views from the window. The luxurious marble bathroom has a bath/shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.

You will find everything you need in Mojacar village to have a great holiday without having to hire a car. The sandy beaches of Mojacar Playa are only a quick 3 minute drive or bus ride away. Please note that parking directly outside the apartments can be difficult, especially in the high season. However, if there is no parking outside the apartments, the nearest car park is a 3-5 minute walk away.
