The ground floor at pool level is open plan with a tv area, lounge area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Below this is another self-contained double bedroom with an added studio couch. Upstairs are three bedrooms and family bathroom, with the master having its own ensuite. The infinity pool and terrace face out to the Mediterranean with the sun setting immediately ahead. The terrace has a table with chairs for alfresco meals, along with sun loungers and deck chairs. Sunset Villa is peaceful and private with everything you would expect in your own home.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposit: To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit within seven days following your written booking, 25% one month later and the balance is due 60 days in advance of the first day of your holiday.

    Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 61 days or more before the date of arrival have a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the date of arrival have a 100% cancellation fee unless we can re-book your exact dates. In this case, 80% of the fee will be returned to you, or a pro-rata refund if a part can be re-booked.

    Retainer: Whilst we take into account general wear and tear, any damage to furniture, curtains, rugs, fixtures, fittings, kitchen equipment and utilities will be charged. We therefore ask that you lodge a £500 retainer payable by cheque which will be returned to you following settlement of the inventory made on departure from the villa.

Sunset Villa is a luxury four bedroom villa situated five kilometres from Kas Town. It is set into the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and as you progress along the Curkurbag Peninsula towards it, you will be captivated by the beauty which unfolds before you. The villa has a beatiful infinity pool and is in sun from around 9.30am during the summer months. You will receive a fresh loaf of bread every day when our friend comes to clean the pool and make sure everything is okay. There is a water cooler in the house so you can fill up your bottles, rather than having to remember to buy them during your holiday. Our wonderful housekeepers will guarantee you a carefree holiday whilst keeping your home spotless. We ask that you pay them the respect they deserve - they are very precious! The pretty town of Kas is a 5 minute drive from the villa offering a host of shops, restaurants and bars.
