The villa is approached through a secured gateway which leads you in to the grounds of the pretty community with the twelve villas circling the impressive communal pools. The accommodation of the villa is set over two floors. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge–diner. The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning, DVD player, ipod speakers and English TV channels. Double patio doors lead out on to the impressive large rear garden. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and is very private. There are plenty of sun-loungers and a relaxing hammock. There is also outside dining furniture catering for up to eight people. Also leading from the lounge–diner is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc.. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms. One bedroom is a twin and the other room has a three quarter bed, ideal for two children or suitable for one adult.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and share the downstairs bathroom which is modern and stylish with a bath and shower. The upper floor consists of two further bedrooms. One bedroom is a twin which is en-suite and also has a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is a very spacious and bright room which also has the benefit of being en-suite. This bedroom is also air-conditioned. Double patio doors lead out on to a large private balcony with seating and spectacular views down the 18th fairway. The communal pool is a free-formed shape which is spacious and very attractive. There is also a separate children’s pool. Both pools are surrounded by lawned and paved areas with beautiful trees and plants dotted around giving shade and beauty.
