Rose Court is a delightful Villa containing seven holiday apartments located in Babbacombe, Torquay - part of the 'English Riviera'. The apartments are 3 star graded 'Enjoy England' Visit Britain. Rose Court apartments are all self contained and fully equipped for all your needs for a self-catering holiday. Please view our own website for further information and photo's. (see bottom of page ) Short breaks available - From January up to June 20th and from September 19th to the end of December. Discounts available for O.A.P'S - 10% OFF all weekly holidays taken up to June 20th and after September 5th.

A pathway walk below the cliffs next to the sea brings you to Babbacombe Beach, where a breakwater is very popular with fishermen and scuba divers Babbacombe cliff railway - A funicular railway, that descends the 240 ft cliff face, links the two beaches below Babbacombe's red sandstone cliffs, making access to the beaches accessible to young and old Coastal path - Babbacombe Downs is part of the South West Coastal Path. Walks with stunning views can be taken in both directions, one way to Watcombe. Maidencombe and beyond and the other to Torquay, Paignton and onwards Theatre - Babbacombe theatre is situated on the Downs.

  • Weekly Bookings are Saturday to Saturday during the main season which is June 20th to September 19th.

    Short Breaks are available (3 nights minimum) up to June 20th and after September 19th.

    Arrival time is after 2.30 pm. Apartments need to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

    Electric is extra via £1 coin meter.

    Deposit - 25% with booking form, balance payable on arrival.

    A booking is completed when you receive our confirmation.
