Villa Theodora & Katerina are both 2 bedroom villas. They are lovely properties enjoying an elevated position on the side of a hill with absolutely stunning views of Souda Bay, The Akrotiri Peninsula, the White Mountains, and the small villages below. Despite the comfort of the houses and your own private swimming pool, and the tranquillity of the location making you feel you may never wish to leave, the villas are in easy walking distance to the charming village of Gavalachori, and approx. 7 minutes drive to the beach of Almyrida. There are many beautiful walking and cycling trails and small villages to visit for when you are feeling a little more energetic. Each house is modern, very spacious and finished to a high standard with many little personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These villas also have a separate 1 bedroom apartment below which can be rented seperately if required

These spacious villas are set on 3 levels with the lowest level being a separate 1 bedroom apartment which is available to rent upon request. The first floor is a light and airy lounge, kitchen and dining area with comfortable furniture and an open fire place for cooler evenings at the start and end of the season.The modern, fully fitted, pale wood kitchen with matching work tops and wall tiles has a large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob with stainless steel extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. A large window above the sink looks to the front garden and olive groves. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus the large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower attachment plus hand basin and washing machine. Outside are the private pool and barbecue area with plenty of space to laze around during the long hot Cretan summer. The optional self contained apartment has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, a double bedroom and a tiled shower room

At the east end of the Apokoronas lays the endless sandy beach of Georgioupolis. You will find water sports, boat trips, organised bike rides, local organised walks horse riding and much more.

    We do ask that Reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. All prices shown are for the VILLA and NOT per person. As with all our Villas on the Island, we can arrange Car Hire through reputable companies. Please e-mail us for availability of this delightful property.

Painted warm cream with dark green aluminium windows (with fly screens) and shutters echoing the surrounding olive groves and Cyprus trees, the garden walls and terraces are built from local quarried stone, the owners have provided many modern comforts such as a washing machine, a BBQ, and air conditioning units in the bedrooms. For the cooler nights early and late in the season there is a fireplace in the living room and the a/c units also double up as heaters. There is solar powered hot water or a back-up immersion heater. With no other close neighbours, and surrounded by olive groves and farm land you are assured of a peaceful setting as you watch the sun set to the sea and the moon rise over the villages. Each villa has it's own private pool and garden and they all have a lawn and tiled area around the pool. You will enjoy privacy here as there are no other close neighbours.
