The accommodation is light and airy, its elevated position, spacious open plan design and double height timber strutted ceiling creates a wonderful, cool living space - comfortable and well equipped with lovely views over the open countryside toward Sandy Lane Country Club yet only one mile from the beautiful, calm Caribbean Sea and the sandy, safe beach of Paynes Bay.The ground floor houses the laundry room with access to the garden , The house has a feeling of peace and safety. Bamboo Ridge is 1 mile from beautiful Paynes Bay, a sandy beach suitable for snorkeling , swimming, beach games and most importantly safe for children. The Polo Ground is approximately 3/4 minutes drive away, Sandy Lane Hotel a 5 minute drive and a 7 minute drive into Holetown .The spacious accommodation of this comfortable and homely villa has lovely views over the open countryside towards Sandy Lane Country Club Glimpses of the Caribbean sea can be seen from the Entrance and the 3rd bedroom. Lounge on the comfortable deck in the evenings and listen to the song of the tiny tree frogs and watch fireflies dancing in the cool evening air. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. This property is in close proximity to Northlight Villa. ( listing number16407) . Daphne's ,The Cliff, Sandy Lane, Treasure Beach, Cocomo's are just a sample of the good restaurants to suit all pockets in close proximity .
