This Large private holiday home is located in Pedreguer, 15 min from Javea and Denia with their superb beaches and many varied restaurants, and is only one hour from Alicante and Valencia Airports. In a tranquil location it boasts superb views to the mountains and across the valley to the sea. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms (one ensuite) , 2 bathrooms, kitchen and utility. A large split level lounge/diner opens on to an extensive terrace with superb 10x5 m pool and an additional covered terraced kitchen with BBQ and fridge freezer, ideal for al fresco dining! Supermarket within 5 minutes drive. The villa is very well furnished and contains all the home comforts you need for a family holiday, dishwasher, satellite TV and even table tennis for the kids. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but close to all the local attractions and facilities.

This is the ultimate getaway if you want to chill by your own pool!!! Fantastic views across the whole area and across to the Mongo (elephant mountain). Villa is neat and tidy with a luxurious touch. Plenty of room for families or groups of friends. The supermarket is a mile or so away and the breakfast at Munroes 2 minutes drive away, is great (and they do Guinness). Shish Mahal Indian Restaurant in Javea is the best in the world with fantastic hospitality!!!

I've just come back from a week's break at this villa and I must say that it has to be one of the most delightful properties I have stayed in. Breathtaking vista, immaculately kept and wonderfully tranquil, this has to the perfect property to get away from it all. Top marks!
