The 4 bedroomed single storey air conditioned accommodation is situated on a well kept area of Clear Creek. On entering you will walk into a spacious lounge and dining area. A hallway leads to a double en suite room, a twin room and a 4 bedded room, a bathroom and a large games room. There is a further large family room where you can watch your favourite movie. The master suite overlooks the lake and private swimming pool. The property is located off Highway 27.
