Situated within a two minute walk of the village centre you will be amazed by this luxury villa which certainly has the 'wow' factor. Villa Tia is furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout, and contains all mod cons to enable you to sit, relax and enjoy your well earned holiday. Sunbath or just relax on the spacious terrace, swim in your own private pool, eat outside and watch the glorious sunsets and admire the views. Walk through the village of Uzumlu where you will feel you have stepped back in time. Watch the locals as they weave the cotton, the men sit and drink 'Chay' and play backgammon. The locals drying the chillis and tobacco in the sunshine, and the goats out for an afternoon stroll!

Situated in Tepe Uzumlu (top of uzumlu) it is about a two minute walk to the village centre. Villa Tia is a luxury detached villa within its own grounds with large terrace area to sunbathe, covered terrace, with table tennis table! you can either play or is a great area in which to relax or dine al fresco, BBQ and swimming pool. Once you walk through the door you will be impressed by the spacious open plan lounge and dining area in front of you and the amount of light that is due to the patio doors which lead onto the terrace/pool area. From the hallway you walk down one step to the lounge area. On the same level as the hall you will find an inside dining area and fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. Also on the ground floor you will find a toilet/shower room. Follow the marble stairs to the first floor and you will find three double bedrooms of which the master is ensuite and fitted with a double shower, and a further family bathroom with corner bath.

All bedrooms have access to balconies and have air conditioning. Each bedroom has everything you require to just unpack and relax and feel at home. The second floor has a large family shower room, a twin bedded room and a double bedded room with a single divan and a balcony in which to enjoy the views.
