The apartment has been refurbished and is decorated to a high standard. It is in a small development situated in Siesta which is a ten minute walk from the town centre of Santa Eulalia del Rio. The two bedroom apartment is 70 sq meters and consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room. There are two terraces both of which offer direct access to the large pool area. Within a two minute walk from the apartment there are various restaurants, a small supermarket and a sandy beach with shallow waters.

Additional Information: All linen, bathroom and beach towels are supplied and will be changed once each week.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area but only a short walk from beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the owners were very helpful when we had a problem with our lost luggage. Thank you Mark & Siobhan, we'll be back again next year.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!

The property was just as described, fully equipped kitchen, nice and clean, spacious and right by the pool. The quiet safe beach is just two minutes walk away which was great for our 18 month old. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. There is a shop on the corner which sells excellent fresh baked goods every day, and other shops are all within walking distance. The owners of the apartment were extremely helpful and made things very easy for us, including arranging a travel cot and highchair. We would love to go back!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This was our first holiday abroad with our 10 old little boy and the apartment was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for all the things that inevitably come with a baby and the pool was nice and quiet which meant we could spend time with him in there. We have been to Sta. Eulalia before, just the two of us, and stayed the other side of the marina, but Siesta was much nicer as an area and only around a 5 to 10 mins walk from the main beach area and the town. All in all, perfect for a family holiday. I wish we'd stayed longer !

IBIZA TRIP

Lovely, peaceful development - the other residents appeared to live there permanently and took care of communal areas and pool.
We had an 18 month old with us and the location was excellent - not one step from the appartment to the beaches or St E. Took the bus to Ibiza town, had sundowners on the tiny beach in Siesta, late lunches in St E.
Apartment clean, well maintained, lovely terraces. Plenty of room and would recommend to anyone.
Mark and Siobhan answered my questions before trip and whilst there very quickly.

AUGUST 2010 IBIZA TRIP

We recently returned from a fabulous holiday in Ibiza. This apartment was ideal for us and our two children and has already been recommended to friends and family!

It is spacious, with everything you'll require. The pool was lovely (and clean), the whole communal area was well maintained, daily. Most importantly for us it was in a peaceful location. The closest beach was a few minutes walk, with a choice of others just 10 mins walk away! The only bad point was the bakery/supermarket situated close by which sold 'THE BEST fresh bread and cakes'!!! We didn't hire a car as it wasn't necessary, the bus service is very regular and cheap for day/eve trips to Ibiza town - which is a must. Plenty bars and restaurants to choose from too.

PERFECT FOR US.

it was a great location, a short walk to great beaches and only 10-15 min walk to the main area of santa eularia where there is enough choice of different restaurants to suite all tastes and budgets. on arrrival we were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the apartment. the surronding grounds were clean and attractive and the swimming pool was lovely. there is a small shop around the corner, about 1 min walk away, which sells most basics like fresh bread and cakes. 5 mins up the road and to the right you will find a bigger shop for most stuff, including fresh milk. we will return, it is a fantastic base to explore the rest of the island, we did have a car, we would have struggled without one. everyone was very friendly and helpful. mark was helpful and discreet, we just got on with it- and thats what we wanted to do. hope to be back in july.
