The apartment has been refurbished and is decorated to a high standard. It is in a small development called ‘El Greco’ which is situated in Siesta. Siesta is a ten minute walk from the town centre of Santa Eulalia del Rio. The two bedroom apartment is 70 sq meters and consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room. There are two terraces both of which offer direct access to the large pool area. Within a two minute walk from the apartment there are various restaurants, a small supermarket and a sandy beach with shallow waters.

Perfectly situated in a quiet area of Santa Eulalia, just a ten minute walk from the town centre and two minutes from a sandy beach. The area has many restaurants and bars and there is a small supermarket located almost next door to the apartment block. Santa Eulalia is a cosmopolitan beachfront town with one of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean, renowned all over the island for its fine selection of bars and restaurants.

Terrific location. Very pretty garden and pool area.Very convenient to everything. Lovely walks around the area. Would certainly recommend this apartment. Very clean and airy. Well run small development.
