Elegant Vacation Home located on a quiet street with tall, beautiful palm trees. Surrounded with an exotic landscaping & citrus trees in a backyard.This house is within walking distance to the private beach, restaurants & shopping center.

Approximately 2300 sq.ft of air conditioning space, lanai with the heated pool. New furniture throughout.

Billiard table in a recreation room & fully equipped entertainment center with 60 inch HDTV, additional 3 plasma TVs, free & wireless Hi-speed cable internet.

Dining room can be completely opened up to the swimming pool.

No smoking in house but OK on patio & lanai area.

Baby crib & high chair on premises.

About The Owner

We are family who love to travel. One of our destination,where we always kept coming back was Naples. Beautiful lovely city fed to perfect description for a place to have

a summer house. We have created a place that we love to visit when children have school brake and when we are tired of winter - tropical climate always feels good.

We designed Tuscan Style Villa to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We would like to share our home with you,and welcome everyone.

Naples is a great destination for travelers worldwide. Tuscan Style villa is perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood,yet so close to all the conveniences where you can eat shop,see beautiful art and entertain.

What makes this house unique

Recently remodeled in July 2009 home offers privacy charm and value. We tried to create special place, which doesn't feel like a rental but feels more like home. Home - where many families and friends can create happy memories.

our 3rd year at this lovely home. great location, great neighborhood. eva the owner is very accommodating and the welcome gift of wine is truly appreciated. we have already booked 2015. this rental also comes with access to private beach which is a major value added benefit.

We spent three weeks in January at this home in Moorings. It is a great house in a convenient location. We were less than a mile from the Moorings beach. The house is well maintained and the heated pool was a real treat. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and would certainly recommend it to our friends.

A wonderful home in a little corner of Paradise

My husband and I spent a delightful two weeks in this lovely property. What a superb openplan layout and with every comfort. The difference in staying in this private holiday home, to just a rental property is huge. We loved every minute.
Ideally located in a peaceful area, within easy access to the private beach (with its own free parking and showers) shopping and the many great restaurants.
Thank you Eva for arranging to have basic shopping items in for our arrival after our long transatlantic journey. How welcome we felt from the minute we arrived with your little note with the welcome flowers.
The Pool Patio and lanai became my favourite spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine, with a leisurely swim in the warm pool....pure bliss..
Hopefully we shall have the opportunity to stay here again in 2011, looking forward to it already...

Brilliant home! Great location!

This is a brilliant property. Comfortable and clean with everything anybody could possibly need from a well appointed kitchen to a great pool. It is located very near great shopping/restaurants (the Coastland Mall is just around the corner plus a big Publix) and only minutes away from Olde Naples and 5th Avenue South.
Our family really enjoyed our holiday here. I would recommend this property to anyone from couples to families. Don't miss the sunset on the beach - heaven!
Thank you, Eva and Peter, for all of your attention to detail from fresh flowers when we arrived to all of the little extras that make a holiday.
