Apartment Details:
The apartment is very spacious with a two seater sofa and three seater sofabed. A large luxurious marble bathroom has WC, bidet and large round bath with shower. The terrace has sun loungers and patio furniture with lovely views of the ocean and over the pool. (Note: Many rental properties on this complex are not front line and mainly have views of the apartments in front of them. Many of our guests regularly return and provide extremely positive feedback about their stay (see our guest book). The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay an enjoyable one! There is a large pool area with plenty of sunbeds.
Golf Information:
The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the fantastic PGA approved 27 hole Championship Golf Course at Golf Del Sur which has hosted the European Tour 'Tenerife Open'. This fantastic course has delightful areas of native flora and exceptional bunkers of black, volcanic sand which is typical of the Island. Top names are frequent players here and the splendid Clubhouse is within easy walking distance. Facilities include club rental, golf cart rental, golf teacher, putting green, practice tee, sports shop, coffee shop, restaurant, bowling and tennis. Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, Real Club de Tenerife and the new Costa Golf Adeje are also situated within easy driving distance.
Local Interest:
The complex of Sand Club is very quiet yet only minutes walk away from the many facilities offered. Bars ,restaurants, entertainment, shopping, car rental, hairdressers, Church,and many more. Mount Teide is only an hour drive away with all the wonderful views on the way. Crazy golf can be found behind the clubhouse next to the real thing!! Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Santa Cruz etc. can be reached by public transport which offer a very good service or taxis which offer very reasonable rates. Coach trips can be booked locally to Mount Teide, Icod, La Oratavia and other local places of interest. Also car hire is available at excellent rates. (Don’t forget the driving licence). Within walking distance is the well renowned local fishing village of Los Abrigos with its promenade of excellent fish restaurants.
