These charming apartments to lease out for short stays are located in Trastevere, on the 3rd and the 6th of a nice block of flats of 8 floors with a superb view on the city roofs, 50 metres from the public transport and 100 metres from the station that takes you to Fiumicino International Airport.

These independent apartments sleep 5 adults (unit 1) and 3 adults + 2 children (unit 2), are ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels but in the same time looking for an accommodation in the centre of Rome.

The typical district of Trastevere is the place where to stay in Rome: on its typical allies are plenty of restaurants, cafés, pubs, short walk from all tourist attractions (Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Vatican)

These apartments are fully equipped and very comfortable, the flat are also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

This apartment is in the very centre of Rome. We usually consider the historical centre from Vatican (East end) to the Coliseum (West end). From one end to the other is only 3 km (less than 2 miles) and all the sites (Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Campo de'Fiori, ecc.) are in between. Trastevere is 'in the centre of the centre', so more or less 1.5 km (or less than a mile) from everywhere.

Trastevere is also the place where spending your nights in the Eternal City, with a lot of cafés and restaurants spread in the small typical alleys. These units are in the new part of Trastevere, 500 metres or less than 1/2 mile outside the city wall, in a green quiet area. A few steps from the apartment is a street car stop that can take you directly to 'Largo Argentina' the heart of the historical centre.

  • Rates up to 2 persons +15 Euro per night / +75 Euro per week for each additional person.
    Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 Euro).
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 Euro per person (per change).
    Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro per unit.
    20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    Electricity is 0,50 Euro per KW (to be charged only if air conditioning is requested, otherwise is included)
    Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses

    Transfer to/from airport : 15 Euro per person with a minimum of 60 Euro from Fiumicino or 70 Euro from Ciampino
    Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person, minimum 50 Euro

  • Cancellation policy. The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.

    If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

    If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

Charming appartment

The appartment is very nice. It is located in quiet area of Rome city center. It is only few minutes away from all attractions. I reaööy can recommend this appartment for everybody.

Just Perfect

We loved this two-room flat, plenty of space for the three of us, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, marvelous views from the wrap-around balcony, nicely furnished, great location, quiet building, short walk from the tram and the train station, near grocery stores & other shops plus internet cafe, convenient to the sights of ancient Rome. Patrizia could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We led an insane pace through our 9 days in Rome, and this flat was great to come home to at the end of each day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

A lovely stay in Sept 2008

Apartment
This apartment is lovely with plenty of space for a couple and is extremely quiet at night. It was very clean on arrival and the owner had left a nice welcome of little treats! a lovely touch. The roof terrace is such a lovely added extra with lovely views of the bascillica's of Rome. I would not hesitate to come back to this apartment and it would certainly be my first choice next time!

Customer Service
Massimo offered good management of the booking. Rosella (the ownder) was fantastic- she picked us up at the station and gave us a lift to the apartment on our arrival. She gave us mobile numbers for our stay throughout Rome and gave us a lovely goodbye text before we left.

Overall
This is a gem of an apartment in a fantastic area of Rome. Lovely and well-decorated with a beautiful roof terrace. The apartment was clean and well-maintained with everything you would need for eating in every day or eating out!

Location
Just south of main trastevere area- about 10 mins walk to Santa Maria Square. Its in a perfect location for tram number 8 to main central areas- about 3-4 stops and other buses such as no 3 to Collesseum and Borghese Museum. ABout 10 mins walk from Trastevere station which brings u in directly from the airport.

Local Area
Supermarket about 3 mins walk away and other local restaurants and cafes very nearby.
