The modern apartment within a small and friendly complex, has a well equipped kitchen complete with microwave, full size fridge freezer and washing machine. The apartment has a large double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to a second balcony with mountain views. Second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe space. In the lounge it has a bed settee with a TV/DVD player and table and chairs leading out onto the balcony with table and chairs and built in barbeque. There are fantastic views from the balcony of the beach (a 5 minute walk) as well as the communal swimming pool, which you have the usage of during your stay, which is ideal for children. The apartment is located within well kept gardens. This apartment is extremely well equipped as it is our second home with many extras not normally found in your average holiday let.

Nearest Airport: Mahon at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Mahon at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Situated on the north coast of the island, Son Parc is just 20 minutes leisurely drive from the airport. A 5 minute stroll from apartment to the beautiful beach with shallow water backed by dunes and pinewoods. A short walk across headlands will take you to other beaches. Close to Minorca's only golf course, with driving range where visitors are welcome. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants/take-aways and entertainment for children and adults a few minutes walk away. There is a daily bus service into Mahon, local taxis, although a car is not necessary we would recommend hiring one for at least some of your stay to explore some of the island's many beautiful beaches and sites.

Son Parc Golf Course: Son Parc enjoys the only golf course on the Island (18 holes), which is open all year round. It is in beautiful setting and is about a 15 minute walk or a short drive from the apartment. Fees are very reasonable - please ask us for details if you are interested.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday in your imaculate apartment. It was everything we wanted and more. The swimming pool, surounding facilities and nearby beach were superb. Thanks also for arranging car hire and help with flights. we also enjoyed the recommended restaurants. we wish to book again in 2009 this time with our friends please send booking forms. Fantastic place. Everything as described and more. Contact with owner before travel very good and very helpful. Place was ideal for our family with one child of 14 and one of 2. Swimming pool was ideal for all, with a great shallow end for younger children. Not your average 'resort' type of place. Definately recommend hiring a car. The view from the balcony was better than the photo!! A visit to Mahon for an evening meal and to look at how the other half live with their crewed yachts is a must; we went to a restaurant recommended in the owners information folder and were not disappointed - they especially looked after the children. The apartment had lots of little extras that made the stay more enjoyable. Flight only two hours from Manchester. Highly recommended.
