Photos and Description of the Truro vacation house / villa rental
Sleeps 6/7. 3 bedroom country house in spacious grounds. Games room with table tennis and a piano. Detached and extremely spacious with a new hard tennis court and separate drive which joins the Manor drive and is nearly 1/2 a mile long with a spectacular rural view. The location is excellent for both coasts (approx 16 mins). 3 miles from the extremely attractive small cathedral city of Truro, which has many restaurants, theatre, cinema and a retailing centre. 3 excellent courses within 35 mins.

Lovely house in the extensive grounds of Bodrean Manor, yet quite private in itself. The property was built in 1870 and modernised by ourselves. There is full central heating,WIFI and Sky + tv (film & sport)-you can sip your morning coffee on the cobbles and later in the day relax on a large lawn and have a barbecue. The location is excellent for both coasts (approx 16 mins) and very near the extremely attractive small cathedral city of Truro, which has many restaurants, theatre, cinema and strong retailing centre.

Note:

You enter through glass doors to hall. To the right is the games room, opposite the downstairs shower room and left through to dining room which leads on through archway and step to kitchen. There is a door out of the kitchen to a small porch and then on to the garden. The stairs leads out of the kitchen to the landing which has a large sash window looking into our bluebell wood.

One door leads to the sitting room the other door leads into twin bedroom-the other side of which is a conventional passage with double & twin bedroom as well as bathroom.

Further Details:

The house is exceptionally well located for touring Cornwall and is within 1/2 hour of all the finest gardens and beaches.
