Sleeps 8/10. 4 bedroom villa in secure private estate Features private pool, carport and tropical garden setting. Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, BBQ, indoor/outdoor dining, large sitting room, outdoor relaxation areas. Extensive entertainment options - cable TV, DVDs, iPod dock, music system, Wii, etc. 5 mins walk to Bang Tao beach featuring beach bars/restaurants, 2 mins drive to Banyan Tree for golf course & spa.

This fabulous luxury villa is furnished in tropical resort style to provide a relaxed atmosphere. It features 4 double bedrooms with a separate maid's room with bunk bed. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath in the master bathroom. The villa has large living and dining areas which open onto the pool and outdoor areas giving a truly tropical living experience. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ outside, with both indoor and outdoor dining. Moving outside there is a 10m long pool set in a landscaped tropical garden with a Sala overlooking the pool. There are many places to relax including the outdoor sitting area next to the pool plus terraces upstairs if you need to get away. There are many entertainment options including TVs and DVDs in all bedrooms, cable TV, DVDs, iPod dock, games, Wii, and a distributed music system. There is internet access with a computer & printer if needed. Our fabulous housekeeper will keep everything shipshape during your stay.

Note:

Our spacious contemporary luxury villa is ideal for families, groups and special events and is in a secure gated estate facing onto the beach. We have designed everything to be for the enjoyment of guests in terms of relaxation and entertainment. The pool is surrounded by sunny and shady areas with sunbeds to enjoy both. The villa is located on the fabulous Bang Tao beach - great for beach activities and long walks. Yet local and world class restaurants are only a short drive away along with shops and markets. To further enhance your stay the Banyan Tree spa and a golf course are nearby plus many other facilities for your personal pampering. For convenience, car hire is recommended and can be arranged for you by our villa manager. Alternatively, taxis can be called as needed. Local restaurants also deliver food if you just want to stay in and relax.

There are ample games, books, DVDs, Wii games, pool toys, etc. to provide great holiday entertainment.

Further Details:

We can recommend a number of both local Thai and International restaurants nearby - details at the villa. There is a Tesco supermarket 15 mins away and an international supermarket at Central mall 25 mins away.

There are many ATMs at nearby shopping areas. We recommend hiring a local boat and doing some snorkelling or visiting the stunning Phang Nga Bay for it's spectacular scenery.

Booking Notes:

Bookings can be secured by making a payment of 50% of the total cost (in USD) with the balance payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by wire transfer (sorry no credit cards).

A security deposit is required against damage prior to commencing your stay. This will be collected by the villa manager when you arrive and returned when you leave. ATMs are readily accessible at the airport.

Airport transfers (one trip each way) and utilities are included in the cost.
