Enjoy the luxury of a 3 bed / 2 bath detached villa with a 10m x 5m swimming pool set in a lovely private garden. Furnished in a comfortable modern style, the Villa has a range of facilities including Air Conditioning, Sky TV, Wi- Fi internet access, Sony Playstation, DVD/ Video player, and Hi-Fi music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. There are lovely views from most rooms including the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and balcony. The second double bedroom has a large terraced balcony and all 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a downstairs toilet / cloakroom for convenience. The blue flag beach at Pisouri Bay is only a short 5 minute drive away. Our local British management team are on hand to offer help and advice during your stay. Rental Payments are accepted via Cheque, Bacs or Paypal

Villa Georgina is situated in the lovely coastal village of Pissouri which is approximately 20 minutes from Paphos Airport and set mid-way between Paphos and Limassol, both of which can be reached in 25 / 30 minutes. The village affords spectacular views of both the Mediterranean and the Troodos mountains inland. There are several good restaurants and Taverna's, an open air amphitheatre for events with a stunning backdrop, plus modern banking facilities and shops in the pedestrianised square which hosts a Cyprus evening on Wednesday nights in season. Close by there are lots of activities including scuba diving and other water sports, horse riding and walking. There are also many major archaeological sites, mountain villages and churches to visit. Two championship standard golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are a mere 15 minute drive away. There is also the opportunity for skiing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter months.

Golf: A 15 minute scenic drive away from Villa Georgina is Secret Valley (18 holes, Par 72, 6120 metres). Secret Valley Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course in a spectacular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The front 9 has 4 nice warm-up holes, two birdie opportunities and an easy dogleg. The back nine is much more challenging. Practice facilities: Putting greens, chipping areas, fairway bunkers and a large driving range, golf clinics available Elegant clubhouse with pro-shop, locker rooms, bar and restaurant with veranda’s overlooking the golf course Tel No: 00 357 26 274000 ++++++Also around 15 minutes away is Aphrodite Hills 6665 Metres Par 71; Aphrodite Hills is a magnificent 18 hole championship course which was laid out by leading American golf designer Cabell Robinson and opened in October 2002. Perched 300 meters above sea level on two parallel plateaus flanking the cavernous Randidi gorge, it offers glorious views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby Randi forest public nature reserve as well as the cobalt blue Mediterranean. The ride down to the dramatic Par3 7th hole with a cross-canyon tee shot which can measure anything form 156 to 210 metres looks like something out of an Indiana Jones movie. The green is large but you miss it at your peril. The lush Bermuda fairways are fully irrigated and in the late summer and autumn offer dazzling colour contrast with golden grasses of the un-watered rough.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful well maintained villa in a very peaceful location and 30minute walk to the village square which surprisingly has lots of restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and banks with cashpoint facilities.

You do need a car to access the beach and the Limanaki Restaurant is well worth a visit, best place to eat but you do need to book.

The pool at the villa is great and cleaned regularly during our stay, there is a ps2 with lots of games to keep the kids amused.

The owner and their managment team were excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending this property, overall we had a wonderful 2 weeks.

2 couples and one 16 year old from Newcastle and Germany.
Owner's Response: It's very encouraging to know that we are actually contributing to a great holiday experience, and it helps to know that all the efforts we and our local British managment team put in is worth it.
