Optimal central location close to everything. Terrace. Modern funiture. No insight, pleasant surroundings, marvellous panoramic sea view.

Comfortable 2,5 rooms apartment of 40m2, might sleep up to 5 persons.

Bedroom with double bed (140cm), living room with 140cm bed sofa, furnished hallway with top bed with functional workspace. Broadband INTERNET, PC, internet telephony (Skype, Skypeout ). Flat screen Plasma with home movie equipment, stereo etc. Locked secure garage.

Modern kitchen with trad oven, microwave oven .

great apartment with views

This apartment has fantastic views over the port of Antibes. It's 10 minutes walking to the beach and the old town and 2 minutes to the train station. Great location. The apartment was clean and well maintained with everything provided - towels, bed sheets, fully equipped kitchen. It also has secure underground parking which is very useful.
The owner was attentive, efficient and trustworthy. He called us to check everything was going ok and he transferred our deposit back to us straight away afterwards.
We are a couple with a baby and the apartment was just the right size. You could have a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 smallish children) but I wouldn't recommend for 2 couples. There is a main double bedroom and then a bunk bed at the side of the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great apartment with outstanding view!

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos.
It is very well maintained, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for a long or short stay.
The view from the terrace is outstanding during the day as well as in the evening.
I hope this apartment is available during my next visit to Antibes!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

my partner and I [ both 64yrs. ] stayed at this lovely apartment for one week in May. Sten the owner was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was any trouble to him - leaving contact numbers if we needed them and supplying lots of information about the area - which we found very useful as we had never been to Antibe before. It is also so very convenient for both rail and bus stations, literally 2 minutes away. We plan to return again later in the year and without hesitation will use the apartment again.

Fantastic

This apartment is in a fantastic location and has everything you need. We were well looked after by the owner We particularly enjoyed catching the sun's rays on the balcony (in March), for breakfast and seeing the snow capped mountains and boats in the harbour all in one view.

A great summer at Antibes!

Excelent location! Right in front of Port Vauban, great place for a walk or ride the bike! Walking distance from the public beach, the Viele Ville of Antibes, restaurants and the markets. The rear entrance is right across the rail station, which can be extremely convinient.
Great view! delicious balcony for breakfast or dinner when you feel like staying home...
In case you need assistance, the owner is extremely nice, and the maintanance guy is very helpful.
The apartment is well kept, and nicely decorated.
Great garage space as well!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
