Prime location opposite the Artemis hotel. The location of this Protaras villa makes it ideal for families. The villa has a private swimming pool and sun loungers. The villa is fully air conditioned.All linen and towels supplied during your stay. This villa is situated near the centre of Protaras with only a 5-10 minute walk to the main resort. You can find the famous Fig tree bay here.

Protaras centre is within easy walking distance to this proptaras villa. The villa is the most popular villas registered with us in Protaras. Ayia Napa is approx 15 mins by car or taxi. Plenty of nightlife, from karaeoke bars, entertainment, dancing water nightly light show, water sports, aquarium, small water park, and restaurants. The famous Fig Tree bay is also in the centre of Protaras. [ 10-15 min walk ] Cape Greko is approx 20 min drive away on way to Ayia Napa, with unspoilt outstanding beauty. The sea is so turquoise which makes for lovely photos. If you are feeling energetic, you can walk to the top and sit on a bench and admire the views. A visit to Konnos Bay is a must, located at the side of Cape Greko - follow signs to Mike’s water sports down a windy road. The sandy beach and turquoise sea are breath taking. Enjoy the views from the café, or relax on a sun lounger. There are water sports here. Or take a walk around the rocks.
