This ground floor apartment is one of six and has a private enclosed patio area furnished with a 2 seater settee, 2 easy chairs, dining table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and parasol. There is a shared pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasols. The large shared roof terrace has tables, chairs, sofas and parasols. There is also a bar area, BBQ, WC and panoramic views of Kalkan & Kalamar Bay.

Kalkan, once a sleepy Greek fishing village, has in recent years been transformed into one of the most exclusive and sought after holiday resorts in Turkey. The views are magnificent whilst the village still maintains its charm and old character, with cobbled streets and old Greek houses. Kalkan's famous roof-top restaurants with harbour views provide both International & Turkish cuisine. Patara beach, known as one of the ten best beaches in the world is a 25 minute drive from Kalkan, whilst Kaputas beach with its turquoise sea is a must to visit. There are excellent bus services to both beaches and also to the nearby town of Kas. Kalkan also has its own (pebbled) beach and platformed sunbathing areas by the sea. During the day you could choose to take a leisurely boat trip round the nearby bays or across to the sunken city of Kekova and the town of Simena and its hilltop castle. Day trips can also be arranged in the town, to one of the many historic sites in the surrounding areas.

Ada apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, air conditioning and a private patio area. All windows are double glazed with mosquito nets. There is also access to a shared pool and sun terrace area, and a lovely roof terrace There is a local shop 1 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideally suitable for families or couples.

The apartment is a leisurely 10 minute stroll from Kalkan's own (pebbled) beach and platformed sun bathing area by the sea. Kalkan has several beach clubs which are accessible by water taxi from the harbour whilst the coast around Kalkan is also famous for its excellent scuba diving and Kalkan has several diving schools. Evenings can be spent relaxing in one of the many restaurants or bars taking in the views and enjoying the ambiance or for the more energetic there are a handful of more lively bars.

Dalaman airport is the main airport for Kalkan and is served by several major airlines. Approx 1 & 1/2 hours (110km) from Kalkan by car. Car hire is not essential but is useful for visiting the many nearby places of interest There are too many sites of interest to mention here, but popular trips include visits to the village of Kas, gorge walking at Saklikent, historic sites include Xanthos, Patara, Letoon, Tlos and Myra, or visit the town of St Nicholas reported to be the birthplace of Santa Claus. Take a sea trip to the sunken city of Kekova, with a stop off at Simena and it's hilltop castle or just spend the day sailing around local bays
