Two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath architect-designed home, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings and great privacy--no near homes and a huge lawn with willow trees, hammock, and outdoor furniture. Back deck with patio dining and hottub. Fireplace; Separate TV/family room; great art collection, air-conditioning. High-speed Internet access. Two minute walk to Riverlands Pier river access and to pee-wee golf and tennis courts. Short walk to town (currently our home closest to downtown Guerneville after Buttercup). Dog okay. Property Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August. SUMMER TURN DAY: MONDAY Turnday: Any. Amenities: River Access Nearby, Fireplace/Wood-Stove, Near Golf Course, Dog Friendly, Walk to Town, High-Speed Internet, Air-Conditioner, Unlimited Long Distance, Hot Tub, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer.
