River-front bedroom has king bed; two bedrooms have queen beds. Downstairs game room has two futons, pool table, 27" TV with video game player hookups, stereo with Ipod dock, plus half-bath. High-speed internet access (wireless); unlimited domestic long distance. Gas grill. Garage. Private, beautiful setting. Central heat; air-conditioning. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
