The ancient home made by stones and recently completely renovated, is wonderful for relaxing and restful holidays. If you like sports, the place is wonderful for biking, trecking, running, near golf courses and riding ground and much more. Parma town at 20 minutes drive, the seaside is just 50 minutes drive, the main italian lakes less than hour .... what more ?

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge kitchen with wood oven (excellent for pizza!), 2 dining and living rooms with fire places, bar area, large and livable mansard excellent for children's play and a very large garden with barbeque. From the garden and windows you can enjoy a wonderful view in any season! Ranging from the snow in winter time to a shining green in spring and fresh airbreeze in summer and lovely light colours in autumn. The garden offers total relax with view to the warm south direction.
