Built in 2004! This beautiful Beachfront Estate with gorgeous ocean views has every amenity to provide a memorable family vacation. Swim in the (12'8" x 25') POOL (Pool is open from April 15th - October 7th. Pool can be heated from April 15 to June 16 and Sept. 9 to October 7 for $225.00 a week) , laze in the HOT TUB , or bask in the sun! THIS HOME HAS AN ELEVATOR TO ALL FLOORS TO ACCOMMODATE THE HANDICAPPED AND THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. DOES NOT MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS. The Ground Level has a large game room (18 x 20), with pool table, game table for 4, Playstation 2, sofa, wet bar, refrigerator, TV, DVD/CD player, sliding glass doors leading to pool and beach, 3 bedrooms (2 pyramid bunks, 2 twins), 2 baths. On the Second Level there are 4 Master Bedroom Suites (2 kings, 2 queens, king bedrooms overlook ocean) and 4 baths, plenty of decking. The Upper Level features a oceanfront deck with gorgeous views and sea breezes! Master Bedroom (king) with private bath with jacuzzi tub. Also on this level is the large greatroom with gas fireplace, designer kitchen with ceramic tile and half bath, dining area with hardwood floors. Raised sitting area with desk, Internet access. Televisions in all rooms! Some of the amenities include: Private Pool (12'8" x 25'), Hot Tub, telephones, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, multiple VCR/DVD combo's, Stereo, Ceiling Fans, gas fireplace, Central air & heat, Elevator, Enclosed Outside Shower, Grill, walkway to beach. Enjoy splendid ocean views off of decks! NO PETS. LINENS PROVIDED. (3 kings, 2 queens, 2 pyramid bunks, 2 twins.)
