Set on hilly position, La Villa Sinzelle has a stunning view on the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien and on the unspoilt countryside, giving the feel of being in peaceful open countryside but having the convenience of a five minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and lively weekly market.

La Villa Sinzelle is a traditional Perigord style house, with its own pool and garden, providing comfortable accomodation for 2 up to 12 guests. Newly furnished and well equipped it also has the benefit of efficient electric heating and log fire making it perfect for winter lets. The house has three large double bedrooms and a family bedroom (with two bunkbeds and a double bed), making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.

Layout of the house : Downstairs: The nicely furnished bedroom has its own private shower-room and toilets.

Groundfloor: The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped. The attractive living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television with access to satellite channels, dvd player and sound system for you to enjoy and relax. It has French doors which lead to a large terrace with table and chairs. The stunning views of the medieval village and the countryside all around make a lovely spot to enjoy with a sundowner! The second double bedded bedroom has also a bathroom with toilets just next door.

Upstairs: The third double bedroom can easily fits cot if required. The last bedroom comprises two bunkbeds and a fourth double bed and can accomodate two other adults or up to 6 children. Between the bedrooms, there is another shower room with toilets.

Below the house : washing machine + football table

The gardens and pool : But it is probably outside, near the 5x10m private swimming pool (open from June till the end of September) where you will spent most of your time.

The pool is secured by alarm and equiped with lot of deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols, for you to relax and to enjoy the stunning view.

It is now all fenced with a gate to prevent young kids coming in.

Surroundings: : the picturesque village of St Cyprien will seduce you with its unique geographical site, at the crossroads of Perigord Noir touristical treasures.

the village offers local shops, as bakery, butcher, delicatessen, wine shops... a middle size and large supermakets, and a lively and colored market on the sunday mornings.

It has good restaurants, bar, a library where you can access Internet, and a tourism board office.

The center of St Cyprien is at walking distance from the house.

Bergerac airport is 45min drive only.
