Villa sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Small private pool with outside shower. Tranquil location with stunning distant sea view. There are books, games + DVD's, surround sound MP3 / DVD player. Portable CD / Radio player all for your enjoyment. Use of beach chairs and cool box for your trips to the beach. Popular places to visit are only a short drive away such as: La Sella golf and Spa, Denia & Javea beaches. Terramitica and Mundomar them parks are also within a 30min drive. Please note that a car user is essential.

The Villa is situated on the mountain side of Monte Pedreguer, mid way between Denia and Javea, just over 1 hour's drive from Alicante or Valencia Airports. Denia and Javea are a 15 minute drive from the Villa, The Marriot spa and La Sella golf is a 10min drive away. Benidorm & Terra mitica can be reached in approx 30 min by car. Trains run from the town of Gata 5 minutes away from the villa. A short drive from the villa there is a restaurant & supermarket.
