It overlooks Linekin Bay to the West and North; the Atlantic Ocean to the South and provides a 180 degree views of the Gulf of Maine from the shore line only 150 feet away. Part of the Ocean Point Colony Trust, guests at this cottage may enjoy the activities at the community center, three tennis courts (for a fee), docking facilities and beach.

Walking, jogging and biking along the shore are memorable experiences where the spruce meet the sea. Ocean Point, as it exists today with many of its original 19th century cottages, remains primarily residential and is the only location in the region where one may drive to walk along the ocean.
