The property sleeps 8 people, in 2 double bedrooms which have en-suite shower rooms and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and mirrors. A comfortable spacious lounge with Sky TV (free channels only), DVD and stereo system (films, CDs and books included for your enjoyment). A separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, oven & hob, toaster, juicer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and many more extras, so if you wish to cook you can, but whilst visiting do take the time to visit the local restaurants and enjoy local cuisine and wine! There is also a utility room containing washing machine, freezer, 2nd fridge and iron & ironing board!
Outside is our fully enclosed gardens, patio areas, heated swimming pool, (with the option to be enclosed and fully lockable, to give parents peace of mind).
There is a new BBQ, with sink for washing veg etc and pizza oven, ample sun loungers, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, where you can relax from breakfast through till late evening, with uninterrupted sea views. There is a sand pit for the children, with buckets and spades included! All windows and doors have external shutters, which helps to keep the house cool during the long Algarve summers. All windows have mosquito screens, so they can be left open at night, without fear of any unwanted creepy crawly visitors! A welcome pack of bread & butter, ham & cheese, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water is available on request charged at cost. Far from the crowds, but within striking distance of some of the best beaches in Europe, 5 min drive from the picturesque beach of Monte Clerigo and 7 mins from Arrifana, 25 mins from the bustling town of Lagos, 20 mins from Sagres, 5 mins from Aljezur and 25 mins from Boavista Golf Course.
This is a world class surfing area with plenty of beaches close by. 5 minutes drive is the beach of Arrifana, this is the home of one of Portugal's premier big-wave spots. When it's on, the point is a spectacular wave to surf or watch. Big wave chargers only. The beachbreak is suitable for surfers of all abilities and holds waves up to 4-6 ft.
The golfers among you will be spoilt for choice, some of the best golf courses available in europe all through the year, the nearest is Boavista Championship Golf Course which will prove enjoyable to the occasional golfer whilst remaining challenging for the low handicap player, besides making you think about the golf you will be rewarded with stunning views from the hills of Monchique across Lagos town with full view across Luz Bay, also within striking distance of Lagos is Palmares and Parque do Floresta Golf Clubs, between Lagos and Portimao you have the choice of another 6 courses which will challenge all golfers away for a sunshine break.
