Description of the Anguilla vacation villa rental
All 20 bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms and most have Caribbean views. The separate conference facility offers a range of business and audiovisual services and can accommodate 20 people in a boardroom seating configuration or up to 40 for cocktails and receptions.
Villa guests enjoy a full range of services including welcome wine basket, private chef, concierge prive/ butler services, twice-daily housekeeping, laundress, signing privileges at Cap Juluca and other fine restaurants, private road-licensed golf cart, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at Cap Juluca and use of all villa facilities including the seven pools, office nook and media-entertainment room. Guests also enjoy round-trip airport transfers.
Each villa boasts air-conditioned bedrooms, living/dining rooms; remote-controlled ceiling fans; Italian marble floors and harmonizing travertine decks; cable TV, DVD players, alarm clocks in bedrooms; DVD/CD/Book/Board Games/Video Games collections; blackout window treatments; safes for valuables; fine bath essentials including robes and hair dryers; and entertainment-media area with wet bar, poker table & 52" Plasma TV.
Additional amenities include: wireless internet; in-villa office nook with high speed internet, private fax line; conference suite; main house with reception; access to international direct-dial phone calls; indoor or outdoor dining areas; fitness equipment; alfresco showers housed in each 2-car garage and screened windows and doors.
