Contemporary style open floor plan cottage sits on the edge of the Damariscotta River with island and ocean views. This one-story, year round, cape style cottage has a sleeping loft with a queen bed and half bath accessed by a spiral staircase from the living/dining area. Main Floor has open living, dining, kitchen, small bedroom with trundle bed, washer and dryer. Full bath is on main floor.

Sliders to the deck from the living room. Nice side and back yard for play. King Phillips Trail area provides good walking and biking. Local lobster pound just a short distance away (1/2 mile). In addition to the amenities listed, this cottage provides fans (ceiling and others), puzzles and games, and has a turntable with older albums.
