The apartment is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaya. It is a ground floor apartment with its own private garden (ideal for children) and patios on three sides ensuring sunshine throughout the day. The shared pool is a very short walk from the end of the garden. The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is one kilometre away and there are tennis courts, restaurants, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a ten minute drive.

Coves Noves is a quiet area of mostly apartments on the outskirts of Arenal D'en Castell, a bustling holiday resort. It is 20 minutes from Mahon airport and 25 minutes from the main town of Mahon. All of Menorca is easily accessible from this location.

Menorcan apartment at Coves Noves

This apartment is in a lovely quiet spot near Arenal at Coves Noves.We loved the wonderful views from the terrace and made full use of all the outside space ,the gardens and pool were very well kept and peaceful.
The apartment itself was light and airy and lots of space for a family it was very well equipped great value for money.
The nearest beach at Arenal was spacious and very safe for swimming with beach bars and sunbeds .
The local supermarket was also good and very well stocked.
Would recommend.We also had fantastic weather!

Really fab apartment offering plenty of extras (umbrellas for the beach, toys for children etc)
The property was cleaned after the first week and the beds and towels were changed also - much appreciated. There is a washing machine in the property to enable you to keep towels etc. fresh.
Excellent gardens surround the property which we used for sunbathing, sitting in and holding a BBQ
I would recommend this property for families or couples who are looking for an excellent base in a beautiful area.
Many thanks to the owner for giving us this property at such a fair price - we would certainly use it again if possible.
