The apartment includes three top floors of a 24-floors modernized residential building, designed in a shape of a sail. It is fully furnished with about 300 m2 living area and has excellent views over the city of Beijing and a splendid sight of an ancient bridge. The apartment is located in a recently built development along the JingTong Expressway, a new area popular with commercial professionals, with an immediate entrance leading you directly to GuoMao (World Trade Center) and Tiananmen Square (Forbidden City) and the rest of CBD (Central Business District).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rents may vary depending on numbers of guests. Standard rates are for up to 4 persons only. Please add 50US$/week per additional person.

    Depending on the length of the stay, a minimum 50$ booking deposit shall be paid net of any bank charges before confirmation of your booking can be done.

    Deposit equivelant to 3 days rate shall be paid upon arrival and daily rate shall be settled everyday.

    All deposits will be refunded on departure if no demage to the house or fittings or furniture or/and no intentional abuse of utilities causing huge bills are made by the guests.

    PLEASE NOTE: Guests shall indicate their names, nationalities and contact numbers and general purposes of their visit (tourism, study or business). Passport details will be verified and noted upon arrival. False information will result refusal of access and reporting to the Police as fraud. This is for the guests' safety, and to prevent scammers' continous attempts to rent the flat for illegal purposes.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with very high standard electronics and facilities. First Floor: Guest bedroom, large sitting room sees immediately an internal garden and 3 aquatic pools with a fountain and then a large balcony with open view of river and bridge. Second Floor: Bar area, home theatre with latest Dolby 7.1 surround, 2nd bedroom of about 10 m2 area with en-suite bathroom and a master bedroom of about 20 m2 area with en-suite bathroom. Third Floor: private opened view bathroom with exceptional wood interior design surrounding. It has also an open plan study with built-in original wood bookshelves.
