Great Loft Apartment in trendy Tribeca

My husband, daughter (age 32) and I recently spent a week in this apartment. All of would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as pictured and was a great retreat from the busyness of the city.
The first bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and a dresser that provides ample storage for two people. The second bedroom contains a set of bunk beds as well as a dresser and numerous toys for children to play with. There are sliding screens that can be closed for privacy or opened for light from the large windows.
The living room has two comfortable sofas (one of them being a pull-out) and a large closet containing extra bedding as well as providing a generous place to hang clothes. The dining area has a table that seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is roomy and modern with a ceramic cooktop stove, a fullsize refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is large and has a large soaking tub as well as a shower; there is a more than ample supply of clean towels available.
In the hallway, there is a washer and dryer that is shared with the other apartment so it is handy to do laundry while watching TV, eating, etc.
The neighborhood is convenient with a bakery downstairs and a 24 hour grocery store around the corner that serves pre-made food to take or eat there as well as the usual staples. The subway is maybe five minutes away.
The best thing about the apartment, though, is dealing with the owners. They are dependable and reliable-whenever I sent a question, the answer always came within an hour or two. They are very professional and accommodating.
The apartment is quiet, being at the rear of the building; we never heard any street noise although there was some construction at the time that was going on.
All in all, this is a great place for a family to stay and come home to-we are dinner there several nights as it was so enjoyable to relax at the end of the day. I was overwhelmed at first by trying to find a place in New York City that was clean, safe and nice and this exactly fit the bill.
