A lovely, non smoking, self catering and completely outfitted furnished loft apartment, located in lower Manhattan in the heart of Tribeca. One of New York's hottest most desirable areas, with many 4 star restaurants close by and much celeb spotting. A great family friendly area in a landmarked area of Manhattan, with wide cobblestone streets, parks/playgrounds and riverside promenade nearby. All subways nearby with taxis on corner. Minutes to all tourist destinations in Manhattan. Consists of two sleeping areas, with one queen bed in one sleeping area and in a second smaller sleeping area there is a bunk bed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double size sofabed in living area. Very well equipped kitchen and one fully appointed bath. This apt works nicely for traveling families, or 1 couple+ 1 single. The celebrated downtown location is NY's new film center, with much movie production going on. Tribeca boasts an active night life, 4* restaurants,easily accessible everywhere.

A short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Chelsea and Greenwich Village and 4 blocks from the Hudson River Promenade, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths along the waterfront that go all the way uptown, as well as several lovely waterfront parks, including Chelsea Piers. Many art galleries, lovely designer stores with a real neighborhood feel. Much local celeb spotting, as this is a downtown working location area, with many films being shot on location nearby.

A lovely tastefully furnished non smoking loft apt. located on a quiet block in Manhattan's trendiest area (Tribeca), known as designers row. Also now the center of New York's art and film industry. Wide cobblestone streets in this historic district make walking a pleasure. Can comfortably acommodate 1 couple+ 2 younger children or 3 adults. It consists of a comfortable studio with two separate sleeping areas. One sleeping area has 1 queen bed and in a second smaller sleeping area is a bunkbed unit with 2 single beds in it, one over the other, as well as a double sofabed in living area. Living room/dining room, kitchen and large tiled modern bath with tub/shower and all basic toiletries,paper products, towels, hairdryer provided. The apartment is air conditioned, about 900 sq. ft. and has 12' 6' ceiling. It has cable TV, washer/dryer and high speed internet access(included), provided for your convenience. There is a gym nearby.

In the heart of Tribeca, New York's film industry center,with many films shot here on location. Near Tribeca Film Festival. Express subway and bus one block away, 10 minutes to midtown shopping, Broadway theater, Lincoln Center, Javits Center, art museums. There is grocery, gourmet shopping within walking, distance.
