Villa Zeugma is situated within a 10 minute walk of the beautiful town of Kalkan and only 50 metres from the sea. It comprises of 4 luxuriously furnished bedrooms, all with en-suite wet rooms and air conditioning. The master bedroom is fitted with a jacuzzi. The villa sleeps 8/10 people, ideally suitable for families or seperate couples as the villa has seperate living quarters from the main house.

Kalkan once a sleepy greek fishing village has in the recent years been transformed into one of the most exclusive and sought after holiday resort in turkey. The views are magnificent the village still maintains its charm and the old character with cobbled streets and old greek houses, many people are still trying to keep Kalkan a secret. Patara beach is 15 mins drive from kalkan known as one of the ten best beaches in the world, and Kaputas beach is a must visit its like a blue lagoon there is a beach in town also platformed sunbathing areas by the sea. There is a bus service from the village to Kas, patara, kaputas. There is a traditional Market every Thursday where you can purchase all your fresh fruit and vegetable.

The villa is divided into two parts the main villa has 2 double bedrooms and a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Seperate from the main villa are the Roman rooms which comprise of 1 double bedroom, a large twin room and a fully equiped kitchen. All rooms have uninterupted views of the sea. There is a large infinity swimming pool with overflowing water into a plunge pool, and a large sunbathing terrace fully equiped with sun loungers and parasoles, and various comfortable seating areas to enjoy the beautiful views and take time to watch the magnificent sunsets. There are breathtaking sea views of Kalkan harbour and bay from all rooms. The bedrooms have balconies with tables and chairs for enjoying the sun and the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa. The villa boasts of two terraces, a pool area and sweeping stairs that take you to the sun lounge terrace where you can relax reading a book or watching the water sports and boats go by.

Great place for family holiday!

We had a wonderful time in this villa which has the most stunning views of anywhere we've ever stayed. The house is very-well maintained with everything you could ever need for your holiday.

The pool is wonderful and looked after on a daily-basis as are the terraces and garden.

Enjoy your stay - you're in for a real treat! We'd recommend it unreservedly.

We have returned to Villa Zeugma for 3 years - it is a beautiful villa in a fantastic location with exceptional views that you are unlikely to get anywhere else in Kalkan. The property is modern, clean and well maintained. Sandie has always been helpful and can offer some good advice on anything to do with Kalkan! The restaurants are all wonderful, and the weather is always hot! I can't stress enough how you would not be disappoin.ted in renting Villa Zeugma

A stunning location in a stunning villa

We stayed at Villa Zeugma in May 2009 for 2 weeks. The location is great ....near enough to town to walk though we hired a car to help with shopping and trips to Kas along a beautiful coastal road 40 minutes away and to Xanthos, Letoon and Pinara; archaeological sites well worth a visit.
The property was well maintained and provided with a twice weekly linen and towel change.
Help was always at hand if needed. Even a rainy afternoon was spent watching The Good, the Bad and the Ugly DVD!!!!
