Facing Negro Island and perched on a hill facing southwest, this classic Maine cottage offers a spectacular view of the islands – as far as the eye can see. Thomas Wolfe edited his proofs for “Look Homeward Angel" while staying in this cottage, formerly owned by Dr. A. Power Davies, another noted author. Wolfe's letters to his mother, which are now included in his writings, concerned his Ocean Point stay. Maybe you too will be inspired by your stay here. One bedroom on first floor; two bedrooms and bath on second floor.
