Also at Seabank is the contemporary lodge, 4 bedroom luxury detached cottage with outdoor Jacuzzi Hot tub. Seabank Lodge has magnificent views over Loch Creran and is the ideal base for walking and climbing in Glenoce and Ben Nevis.
The Lodge is suitable for assisted wheelchair users.
Seabank offers wonderful holiday accommodation beside the sea. This large house is situated on the shore of a sea loch with a large sandy beach nearby. It can accommodate 10 people so is ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends. Close to cycle paths and forest walks. There are lots of outdoor activities including kayaking and boat trips to the islands. A popular day trip is to Mull, Iona and Staffa. Fingal's Cave on the island of Staffa is not to be missed!
Seabank is near the small village of Benderloch, 9 miles north of the town of Oban on the scenic West Coast of Scotland. Fort William and Glencoe are less than an hour away with superb hill walking and climbing. There are lots of islands to explore for example Mull, Iona and Staffa.
My husband and I with our family have lived at Seabank for over 15 years and never get tired of waking up to the magnificent view from our house. We have offered holiday rentals since 2006 and enjoy welcoming back many repeat guests who have also become friends.

Visit some of the Inner Hebrides, to view the wonderful wildlife. Boat trips leave from Oban or take the small plane from Connel Airport, 10 minutes from Seabank) to Coll, Tiree, Colonsay or Islay.
There are opportunities for most outdoor activities, both on and off the water in the area.
There is a new Sustrans cycle track from Oban to Ballachulish Bridge and from Seabank it is easy to join sections of this walking and cycling route. The forests also have way-marked cycle paths for mountain bikes. Downhill biking course is at Nevis Range, Fort William.
Seabank is an easily accessible base for those wishing to explore the region or a secluded retreat from which to enjoy the ever changing views of mountains and loch.
Sea Kayaking is increasingly popular in this area with many places offering courses from beginner to expert. The sea loch in front of Seabank is ideal for launching kayaks and canoes.
Boat trips to the Inner and Outer Hebrides are available from Oban. Wildlife is in abundance and guests have enjoyed going on the whale watching trips from Mull. Dolphins, minke whales and basking sharks are spotted regularly from the boat tours going to the island of Staffa. BBC 'Hebrides' Islands on the Edge, showcases these islands and all are easily accessible from Seabank.
There are various castles to visit in the area. Barcaldine Castle is our next door neighbour, and Dunstaffnage Castle is closer to Oban. Duart Castle on the island of Mull and Inveraray Castle add to the choice of castles to visit.
Oban has a whisky distillery and visitors centre.
