The Gulls is located on a quiet salt water cove just north of Boothbay Harbor. Bring your boat or kayak to enjoy the Boothbay Region even more. You are just a short distance from the Oven's Mouth Preserve (one of our Land Trust properties)by water or land. Mosey on down to Indiantown Island (another Land Trust property only available by boat) or a little further through Townsend Gut and into Boothbay Harbor. Lots of beautiful scenery, islands, boats and birds to enjoy along the way. Back River to the Sheepscot provides some of the most beautiful scenery in our area. The Trevett Country Store is just a short drive and has one of the best Lobster Rolls in the area.

The Barter's Island Swing Bridge is one of the few remaining hand operated bridges in the State of Maine. The Maine Botanical Gardens are within a mile of this cottage as well. A not to be missed attraction. Take in the breathtaking sunset views from the open air deck that this cottage boasts. Your cottage is privately situated yet only a short drive to town and all its activities. Let this bright and cheery cottage provide you with the much needed vacation you deserve.
