Guestbook comments from the manager
My girlfriend and her family decided to do something special for their fathers 70th. They decided on a weekend in a cottage. After much deliberation over where to go, Llanberis seemed ideal. Then came the of hurdle of which cottage to book. After scouring the web Snowdon house fitted the bill perfectly (8 adults 2 children and a dog). We booked 2 months in advance with no problems, everything was well organised and there was even a happy birthday banner up and complimentary bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival. Jim and Anne (the owners) were delightful to deal with and more than happy to advise us on anything we asked. The first thing we noticed were the glorious surrounding mountain views. For us, the kitchen was an important factor. We all fitted around the table and with underfloor heating it served well as a very social room. The main living room was also large enough for us all to enjoy together. The slightly smaller snug was very cosy and allowed a more chilled atmosphere, both having log burner heaters. All the bedrooms were more than adequate and with three bathrooms there was no queuing !! We didn't use the sauna but the hot tub was fantastic. On the whole we all had a brilliant weekend and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
