Ground floor, 2 bedroom, luxury apartment set a 2 minute walk from the beach in the seaside village of Woolacombe, North Devon. Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room, lounge/dinning room, bathroom and large kitchen. The property also benefits from 2 south facing balconies, 1 suitable for 2 people and 1 that comfortably sits four. Newly furnished throughout to a high standard there is also the benefit of dedicated parking space for 1 car and separate storage facility suitable for bicycles, golf equipment, surf boards (max 10 ft) and hanging for wet suits. A travel cot and high chair are provided - please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Woolacombe is an excellent destination for a holiday. The main beach is about three miles long and offers fantastic surf conditions and safe bathing for all. Barricane beach (to the right of the main beach) is a shell beach. Surf lessons and equipment hire are widely available. There are a number of pubs and restaurants within the village and most welcome children. Shops cater for all and you will probably find they cater for all of your holiday needs. There are several excellent golf courses within easy driving distance including the championship courses at Saunton Sands. The South West Coastal Path offers excellent walking with spectacular coastal scenery. English woodland walks are also within easy reach. There is something to do at all times of the year.

Notes: There is security lighting at the front and back of the property. Whilst generally easy to access the parking space is at a basement level that requires climbing a small rise and number of steps to reach the front door of the accommodation. The storage area is also at this lower level.

Just returned from a great week in Woolacombe, and this apartment.

It is modern, very clean and well presented. The owners are keen to provide good customer service.

We will definately be returning and will recommend to anybody who listens!
