Villa Marisa is a modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, 3-bedroom house, within 2 minutes walk of all local amenities/shops and restaurants. The Villa has its own private swimming pool, surrounded by large patio area and set within a walled garden containing a flat lawn and palms; Villa Marisa is located in a quiet but well developed area of Ovacik. Secluded and nestling in the hills with breathtaking views. The open plan living, dining & kitchen area is well equipped for all self catering needs extending to the pool patio for alfresco dining. The villa is air conditioned throughout and dual heating if required. Only 4km away is the famous beach of Ölüdeniz with its renowned Blue Lagoon. Bus services known as the Dolmus are very reliable, regular and cheap to use for both the beach and to the nearest town of Fethiye. Hisaronu the main entertainment & night life is an easy 15 minute stroll away. Villa Marisa is now open the whole year through.

There are numerous Hotels with bars/restaurants within walking distance to cater all your needs.Oludeniz is sandwiched between an arc of cobalt sea and a horseshoe of rugged mountains, this is the Turquoise Riviera on the Med. With 300 days of sunshine a year is synonymous with sandy bays and stunning picturesque coves, pine clad mountains sweep down into the clear Azure Sea. A natural wonder in itself OluDeniz offers warm shallow waters, magnificent views, endless summer fun and many treasure chests full of history. Its famous Lagoon is renowned.   • We accept a non-refundable deposit of 40% to secure & confirm a booking. A £150 security deposit is required on each booking and refunded with 2 weeks of vacating the Villa after checks and clearance have been done. The balance is usually paid 6 weeks prior to departure. We consider all offers including long term rent.
    PLEASE ENQUIRE ABOUT DISCOUNTED PERIODS.
  • There may be an insurance refundable deposit of £150 for security of property & contents to be paid prior to departure.
  • All other circumstances weekend rates or daily rates can be offered on request. Last minute bookings are welcome.

About FETHIYE: The main town of Fethiye has everything you need and more, shops galore, the Tuesday market is superb for bargains and designer copies and a fantastic array of vegetables, fruits & nuts, there are cafes on the river catering Turkish food. The Harbour is most beautiful and eating alfresco is the norm while you watch the boats sail in.

About HISARONU: Hisaronu is a nice 10 min walk from the villa; it is a resort in its own right. It is the clubbing district, offering great night life, shopping and wide selection of bars/ restaurants serving international cuisine. There are tattoo palours and Turkish baths to sooth the hectic nights aches away.

The beauty of this villa is its location. The villa is set in the peace and quiet of Ovacik, with some nice bars/restaurants and small shops only 2 minutes walk away yet it is only a 15 minute stroll into the hustle and bustle of Hisoronu where there are some excellent bars and plenty of places to eat catering for all tastes.
The villa itself has a lovely pool which was well used by our family and the bedrooms were all comfortable and had air-con.
We booked two excursions through the agents, Debbie and Darrin who are on hand if you require anything. (We recommend the Jeep Safari!). All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Marisa!
