This well maintained detached villa was used as a permanent family home until recently and therefore has much more to offer than the standard holiday rental property. The owner is a landscape gardener and as a result the villa is indubitably the most colourful in the area, bordered by extensive bougainvillea. The private swimming pool, outside shower, barbeque, pergoda, sunbeds and fixed thatched parasols, make for an ideal relaxing environment. The villa is self contained with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The Cypriot weather, however is such that most of your evenings will be spent dining on the terrace under the stars.

Nearest Beach: beach at 300.0 Metres
Ayia Thekla is perfect for those wanting the peace of a residential area but still within easy distance of the popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ayia Napa is only 5 minutes away, ideal for nightlife and a vast array of restaurants and of course the famous Nissi Beach. Protaras is a little further, a popular family resort boasting the beautiful beach at Fig Tree Bay. Konnos Bay is also worth a visit; perfect for families! Closer to home is the local beach of Ayia Thekla, small but with all the amenities you need for a day by the sea. We do recommend you hire a car and we will of course provide directions to the villa. Airport transfers can be arranged for you.

  • Villa will only be rented to families and couples.
    Air conditioning is included in the rates stated.
    A refundable deposit of £150 for breakages is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your return home.
    A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
    Long term rentals are welcome, please contact the owner for a rental quote.
