This villa offers seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to accommodate a total of 14 guests. The villa offers a private pool, garden views, beach access and a staff of three in the resort community of the Royal Villas at Half Moon, part of the Half Moon Golf, Tennis & Beach Club. The Royal Villas include 32 fully-staffed villas offering five to seven bedroom accommodations that are set within a private enclave with one side adjoining the Ritz Carlton and the other side adjoining a private beach.

Children’s Activities: Half Moon is a family friendly resort that offers something for everyone, including the smallest visitors. The Children’s Centre offers a complete playground, shallow pool, game room and a variety of supervised crafts, activities and adventures including: nature walks, treasure hunts, tug-o-war, water games, Jamaican story times, costume shows and reggae dance classes throughout the week.

Added in April 2003 is the Dolphin Lagoon where guests can swim and interact with dolphins in their natural environment.

Older children are also given special treatment. Their days can be filled with fun as they participate in any number of activities including tennis clinics, volleyball, nature walks, teen tennis, golf, squash, horseback riding and water sports galore. Personal babysitters and nannies may be arranged with 24 hours notice.

Dining: Guests will have ample opportunity to explore different cuisines, tastes and settings in a variety of restaurants at Half Moon. Sample tempting gourmet dishes from every corner of the globe including Italian cuisine, contemporary Caribbean, Japanese hibachi and even a traditional English Pub. And, guests occupying one of the Royal Villas will enjoy the services of a cook and staff to prepare and serve meals in the privacy of their villa.

Golf: Consistently ranked one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean, the award-winning par 72 Championship course was sculpted out of the foothills of the Jamaican coastline by renowned designer Robert Trent Jones Sr. The challenging and breathtaking course is a member of Jack Nicklaus’ “Great Golf Resorts of the World," host of many prestigious tournaments and is home to the highly-acclaimed David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Spa: The Half Moon Bodywork Spa offers a truly unique menu of traditional European treatments and old-world Jamaican and Indian techniques and ingredients presented in a state-of-the-art facility. Highly trained aestheticians pamper you and treat you to your choice of services, including body wraps, aromatherapy massages, facials, thalassotherapy and even a cure for jet lag. In-suite or in-villa massages are also available.

Recreation: The on-resort North Coast Marine Sports provides guests with all that they need to float, snorkel, sail, windsurf, water ski, sail, kayak and cruise the lovely Caribbean. Deep sea fishing excursions can be arranged and certified instructors are available for sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, and water skiing.

In addition to a day on the water, guests can enjoy time on horseback. Half Moon’s Equestrian Centre, operated by one of Jamaica’s most celebrated equestrians, Trina deLisser, offers 28 carefully selected and groomed mounts, experienced trail masters, a Polo Arena and Jumping Arena. Ride through Half Moon’s Nature Reserve, along the seashore or down bridle paths that wind through the cool hills and valleys and enjoy the countryside. Equestrians of all levels can enjoy a variety of activities from riding lessons to adventurous trail rides, beach rides, and jungle jaunts.

Guests are also invited to use the 13 tennis and four squash courts, several swimming pools, croquet lawn, putting green, jogging and cycling trails, basketball and volleyball courts. Another way to elevate the heart rate is to visit the fully-equipped Nautilus gym at Half Moon. This modern facility includes a new aerobic dance studio, cardio theatre with cable television, FM radio, treadmills, recumbent bicycles, upright bicycles, step machines and a rowing machine. Personal trainers and yoga instructors are available, and for those wishing for complete privacy, in-suite or in-villa lessons are also available.
